These terms describe use of the NordSmile marketing website, operated by Undahealth OÜ, Estonia. Contact: info@undahealth.com.
Website and product information
This website introduces NordSmile to dental clinics. Screenshots, example patients, message previews and calculator results are illustrative. Product availability, connections to existing software and the scope of automation are confirmed for each clinic before a pilot.
Demo and pilot requests
Requesting a demonstration or starting an email enquiry does not place an order, take payment or create a clinic-service contract. The form prepares an email for you to review and send. A pilot begins only under separately agreed written terms.
Pricing and pilot scope
The advertised pilot is €150 for 30 days. Applicable VAT, message allowances, additional messaging costs and any integration or setup work are confirmed in the written proposal. An ongoing plan requires separate agreement; the €199 monthly figure on the landing page is proposed pricing.
Calculator estimates
The ROI calculator applies a fixed illustrative 40% recovery assumption to the cancellation and no-show revenue risk calculated from your inputs. It estimates revenue, not profit or net return after costs. Annual figures multiply the monthly estimate by twelve. Results are not a forecast or a promise of revenue, recovered appointments or administrative savings. Actual results depend on the clinic, its patients, workflow and product usage.
Appropriate use
Use the website for legitimate product enquiries. Do not put patient information in the request form or email enquiry, impersonate another person, or attempt to interfere with the website. NordSmile’s website does not provide clinical advice and does not replace professional judgement or existing medical-record systems.
