No. NordSmile is a patient engagement and operations layer around your existing dental system. It focuses on bookings, follow-ups, forms, recalls, and a shared view of daily tasks. Dental charting, medical records, and your billing system stay in your current software.
We review your current software and agree on a workable setup before the pilot. Depending on your system, that may involve an agreed import, a supported connection, or a simple manual workflow. We’ll be clear about what is available for your clinic.
