This policy covers the NordSmile marketing website and demo or pilot enquiries. Patient data used in a live clinic service requires separate arrangements.
Who is responsible
NordSmile is a product by Undahealth OÜ, Estonia. Undahealth OÜ is responsible for enquiries you send to our team. Contact us about privacy at info@undahealth.com.
What happens on this website
The demo form prepares a draft in your own email application. The page does not submit the form to a NordSmile database. You review and send the email yourself. The copy option places the request on your clipboard when you choose it. The ROI calculator runs in your browser; its inputs are not sent to our team or saved by this page.
The page code does not add analytics, advertising trackers or browser storage. Website hosting and any hosting-platform sign-in may separately process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details and access logs, to deliver and protect the website. This is distinct from the information entered in the demo form. The hosting platform’s own privacy information also applies to its services.
Information in an enquiry
If you send a request, we receive your name, clinic name, work email, preferred language, area of interest and any message you include. We use it to reply, arrange a demonstration, discuss a possible pilot and manage that conversation. Please do not include patient details or medical information.
Why we process enquiry information
Our basis for handling business enquiries is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about NordSmile. Where you personally request steps towards a contract, that may also provide a basis. Records required by law are handled on that basis.
Access, service providers and retention
Enquiries pass through email services and are available to the team handling your request. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond and manage an active business discussion, and retain relevant records where required for contractual, legal or dispute-related purposes. Ask us about the providers, international transfers and retention arrangements relevant to your enquiry using the contact above.
Your rights and questions
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact info@undahealth.com to make a request.
You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or another competent supervisory authority. These rights are described in the General Data Protection Regulation.
